Coburg Uniting Church

Coburg Uniting Church, located in Coburg, VIC, is a progressive, inclusive Christian community with a strong commitment to social justice, diversity, and spiritual growth. 

Welcoming people from all walks of life, including the LGBTQIA+ community, those experiencing homelessness, and people with diverse abilities, the church recently partnered with Alloyfold to upgrade its seating and better support its congregation and community activities. 

Alloyfold supplied 75 beWise chairs by Kusch+Co, including 55 standard and 20 with arms, all featuring a natural beech shell and Cura upholstery. 

Chosen for their comfort, style, and sustainability, the FSC-certified beWise chairs are stackable, linkable, and designed for flexible reconfiguration ideal for multipurpose spaces. 

Delivered in early 2025, the new beWise seating has refreshed the church's space, enhancing both functionality and inclusiveness. 

As a social enterprise, Alloyfold reinvests profits into Pathway, supporting housing, employment, and reintegration initiatives aligning with Coburg Uniting Church’s mission of compassion and community.
